Beverage Policy
We strictly enforce the legal drinking age of 21 years of age and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served by ADES. The renter shall be responsible for ensuring that there are no unauthorized beverages brought into their event by them or their guests.
Bartender Policy
Bartenders are provided when our bar spaces are rented or included in your package. However, based on the needs and nature of the event, the renter may be required to provide additional Bartender staff.
Non-Smoking Policy
All indoor facilities are non-smoking. All smoking outdoor must be in designated areas.
Security Policy
Security is provided. However, based on the needs and nature of the event, the renter may be required to provide additional Security staff.
Insurance Policy
All outside vendors participating in your event must be insured and proof of insurance is required 30 days prior to event. ADES can provide additional insurance for an additional fee.
Rental Deposit & Final Payment Policy
Rental Deposit is $500 and is due at the time of booking to secure your rental date. It is applied toward your balance and final payment of any remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date. Rental deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours.
Security Deposit Policy
Security deposit is $1000 and is due at the time of booking. It is fully refundable less any cancellation violations or damages, as outlined in your contract.
