What is included with my rental?
Grand Hall
- Rental time of venue from 8am to 12am midnight. Music must be off no later than 11:30pm.
- Tables and chairs
- Security
- Ample on-site parking
- Fully stocked bar and 1 host (Cash bar at no additional charge)
Historic Hall
- Rental time of venue from 8am to 12am midnight. Music must be off no later than 11:30pm.

- Built-in dance floor
- Built-in stage

Other amenities, such as stage, dance floor or use of kitchen or of projectors and screens are available a la carte. When available, prior day entry for set-up can be arranged (additional fee). Event day entry is not available earlier than 8am and event space must be cleared no later than 12 midnight. For specifics please contact us .
How large is the Grand Hall and Historic Hall?
The Grand Hall seats up to 400 comfortably for dining, with dance floor space, and up to 700 for seminar seating. For smaller events, the Grand Hall can be split with a divider wall into 2 smaller spaces, and the Grand Bar can also be rented for smaller events (restrictions apply).
The Historic Hall seats up to 300 comfortably for dining and up to 400 for seminar seating.
Can I use my own caterer?
Absolutely! We understand the desire to plan the perfect meal for your event and often times that means hiring your own caterer. ADES has a full service industrial kitchen which can be added to your rental. Some restrictions apply. Please speak with the Rental Coordinator for more details.
Can I bring in my own drinks?
We strictly enforce the legal drinking age of 21 years and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be purchased through ADES. Occasionally, on a case by case basis, an exception may be made for specific, culturally significant, beverages that ADES cannot provide. To inquire about this policy, please contact us.
How late can the music play?
You may hire your own DJ, live band or other live entertainment to fit your party needs and at ADES music may be played until 11:30pm. At 11:30pm all music or other entertainment must be turned off.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Of course! You may decorate as you wish, so long as no items have potential to cause permanent damage. All decorations must be floor standing or table top only and may not, under any circumstance, be suspended from or attached to the ceiling or walls.
Can you recommend services such as coordinators, caterers, florists and photographers?
Yes! If you need help finding a service for your event, we have a list of coordinators, caterers, florists and photographers that are familiar with our facilities.
