We at Artesia DES know that many of you are concerned about your upcoming event and have been reaching out to us for more details. We ask that you please have patience as we are working on this as fast as we can. Events are being addressed in chronological order by event date to help provide relief to those who will be affected soonest.
If you have any immediate questions about our policy and approach, please refer to our policy by clicking here. This policy is informed by the guidelines and policies of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and The LA County Public Health Department (LAPHD).
It is imperative that we dedicate our resources to re-schedule those who will be affected by the current LAPHD policy first. If your event falls after July 31, 2020 we kindly ask that you please email us at info@eventsatades.com and please be assured that we will get back to you in chronological order based on your event date.
We are working hard to balance health and safety concerns with your venue needs. As this situation develops, please check back for updates as we continue to monitor the guidelines governing gatherings and events and how they apply to our venue and your event.
